We encourage proposals from people belonging to under-represented groups like communities experiencing racial inequity, disabled people and people who are LGBTQ+ - identifying, representing a range of locations, sectors, digital maturity, and lived and learned experience. We want to celebrate and platform your experience and perspectives.
Nearly everything we publish is open and carries a Creative Commons 4.0 license.
We produce a **brief** together, with a small bit of empathy mapping. I might kick it off, or you might, then we have a 15 minute chat and hand it over to you to.
You submit a first draft as a Google Doc one week before publication.
I send you feedback within 48 hours.
You make revisions and send back to me.
I do a final edit for grammar and flow, then publish.
