Background

Keeping your website’s content up-to-date builds trust between you and your users.

Your users might be people who use your services, their families and those that work with them.

These people all rely on your website to be accurate so they can know what to expect from you. Inaccuracies hurt your organisation’s credibility.

Step 1

Identify the 3 most important pages on your website. They could be pages about the services you provide, ways to contact you, or even your ‘About’ page. Look for static pages, not blogs or news items.
